Urban Rewilding

Building on summer research on urban rewilding conducted by the MIT Environmental Solutions Initiative's Rapid Response Group, this moderated panel will bring together MIT professors, environmental advocates, and local representatives to discuss the potentials, challenges, and future of urban rewilding initiatives in Cambridge, Boston and other U.S. cities.

Panelists will include:

Prof. Marie Law Adams, lecturer at the MIT Department of Urban Studies and Planning and co-founder of the Landing Studio architecture and design firm

Quinton Zondervan, President of the Climate Action Business Association in Boston and member of the Cambridge City Council

Steven Nutter, Executive Director of Green Cambridge and member of the Cambridge Climate Protection Action Committee
