November and December CSA boxes - fresh, local veggies coming back to MIT
Building on the momentum of our fall and summer programming, we're partnering with New Entry Sustainable Farming Project again for two holiday-cooking-friendly CSA boxes - CSA stands for "community supported agriculture." With support from the UA and GSC, there will also be a discount for students on the November box. See below.
What's a CSA?
For those new to the concept, a CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture - it's a partnership where community members buy a share of a farm’s harvest in advance. This model provides farmers with essential upfront income, and in return, members receive a regular supply of fresh produce.
