Project Objective

• Toolkit for environmental audits of MIT departments
• Assessing
• leadership and policy
• metrics for GHG, inputs, outputs

Progress to Date

• Pilot GHG audit of one department
• List of possible metrics
  • flights (get this info from SAPweb, use LG 420050 w yr profit center, export, delete costs from the file and give to analyst)
  • paper is too complicated, unless it goes through copytech? most depts won't keep separate track of paper purchasing.
  • buildings from energymaps
  • commuting from mit commuting habits survey
• Seeking UROP funding

Goals for Semester

• Create online toolkit
• Audit all 5 departments in School of Architecture and Planning
