Vision: A campus where sustainable food is the norm.

Projects
- Food Mapping
- Create a map of food supply chains, management systems, and distributors on campus through coordination with MIT Dining Services.

- Outlining and crudely evaluating various options for dining and catering, and the dinnerware we use. This database is very much a work in progress, so we would certainly appreciate your additions and comments.

- Campus Agriculture and Local Food Production
- CSA drop-off point at MIT for Summer-Winter 2008 has been finalized.
- Small-scale food production on campus, including small-scale education efforts.

- Guidelines on how to reduce food and container waste at food-related events.
- Introduction to composting on campus.

- Survey sent to Sloan students about organic and local food preferences at Refresher Course.

- Marketing and education campaign to educates students, faculty, and staff about existing sustainable food sources at MIT.
